How do I upgrade my team’s concurrency limit?

You can request a concurrency limit increase from the Billing section of your Ortavox Dashboard. Reach out to support for enterprise SLA needs.

Does Ortavox train on my data?

No. Ortavox strictly protects the privacy of enterprise data. We do not use your phone recordings or Custom Knowledge Bases to train global underlying models. Review our extensive Security guidelines for more information.
